C/R: Man, 56, found dead in his room at Nkwata Eduafo

A 56-year-old man has been found dead in his room at Nkwata Eduafo in the Mfantseman Municipality of Central Region.

The deceased identified as Richmond Afful is a farmer and according to Mr Peter Inkoom, his brother-in-law, he had an encounter with him just last Tuesday.

A visitor who paid the family a visit called the attention of the family that he could smell a strong stench from the deceased room. They forced the door open only to find the lifeless body of the deceased on the floor.

In an interview with the Committee Chairman of Nkwata Eduafo, Mr Peter Hanson emphasized that an official complaint was made at the Mankessim Police Division at Jeju which they are waiting for to know the next line of action to take.

ACP Owoahene Adjei Acheampong, Mankessim Divisional Police Commander confirmed the incident.
