COVID-19: 3,286,399 vaccinated in Ghana, death toll now 1,206

The country’s active cases have also dropped marginally to 1,112  after 12 new coronavirus cases were confirmed at the laboratories.

As of November 7, 2021, the GHS reports that the country’s total confirmed cases increased to 130, 649, out of which 128, 331 have recovered.

So far, 38 cases have been classified as severe while 12 remain critical, according to GHS.

Cases detected at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) are 2,910 with 2,814 recoveries so far.

Vaccination

So far 3,286,399 persons have been vaccinated across the country as of 8 November 2021, the Ghana Health Service said.

Upper West Region – 743

North East Region – 283
