President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has assured the people of Kwahu of receiving their share of development projects initiated by his government.
He was speaking at Kwahu Obo when he paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Obo and the people of the area.
The Obohene and the Nifahene of the Kwahu Traditional Council, Osabarima Afari Oboagyan expressed his gratitude to the President for the work done so far in the Kwahu area.
He said some people have been speaking ill of the government claiming that the NPP administration has done nothing, however, to him that is rather the opposite.
He, therefore, encouraged the President and his administration to focus on the duty assigned to them, since Ghanaians have given them the mandate.
Osabarima Oboagyan thanked the President for the visit and also expressed gratitude for wishing him well on his birthday last year.
He then appealed to the President to provide the area with a befitting edifice to house the security personnel especially the Police officers.
President Akufo-Addo in his response to the Obohene promised to forward the concern raised to the IGP for the needed action to be taken for the request to be considered.
