Parliament approved 12 deputy Minister designates, a Minister of State designate

 

The appointment committee of Ghana’s Legislative house has so far cleared 12 deputy minister’s designate nominees and a Minister of State of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo’s second term.

The approved appointees were among some 40 nominees who have so far faced the appointment committee Chaired by Hon. Joseph Osei Owusu the 1st deputy Speaker of the House.

Amongst the approved members include Mr Charles Adu-Boahen Minister-of-State Designate for Finance, Hon. Benito Owusu-Bio Deputy Minister-Designate for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Augustine Collins Ntim Deputy Minister-Designate for Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Dev’t and Hon. Osei Bonsu Amoah, Deputy Minister-Designate for Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Dev’t.

Others are Hon. William Owuraku Aidoo Deputy Minister-Designate for Energy, Hon. Abena Osei-Asare Deputy Minister-Designate for Finance, Hon. Yaw Frimpong Addo Deputy Minister-Designate for Food and Agriculture, Hon. Kwaku Asante Boateng Deputy Minister-Designate for Railway Development, Hon. Ama Pomaa Boateng Deputy Minister-Designate for Communications and Digitalization.

Hon. Kwaku Ampratwum-Sarpong Deputy Minister-Designate for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hon. Moses Anim Deputy Minister-Designate for Fisheries and Aquaculture Dev’t, Hon. Nana Dokua Asiamah Adjei Deputy Minister-Designate for Trade and Industry.
