President Muhammadu Buhari has relieved the Minister of Agriculture, Mohammed Nanono, and the Minister of Power, Saleh Mamma, of their positions.
This was disclosed by the President during the Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday.
The Minister of Environment, Mohammed Mahmoud Abubakar takes over Agriculture, while Abubakar Aliu Minister of State for Works takes over from Mamman Sale as the Minister of Power.

This is the first time the President is taking such action in over six years of his administration.
