The Gyaasehene of Offuman, Nana Owusu Nkwantabisa Duah, also known as Nana Bossman has been dragged before the Techiman Circuit Court for building on a piece of land in Offuman, a community in the Techiman North District of the Bono East region without a building permit.

According to the Techiman North District Town Planning Office, calls by the authorities on Nana Bossman to stop developing on the said piece of land and obtain a building permit proved futile as he rather intensified work on the land.

District Town Planning Office said Gyaasehene was supposed to appear before the court on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, but he was nowhere to be found when the case was called.

The action of Gyaasehene of Offuman made His Lordship Alexander Graham, Techiman Circuit court judge issue Bench-Warrant for the arrest of Nana Owusu Nkwantabisa Duah.

Speaking with Techiman North District Town Planning officer, Mr John Obeng Mensah, he said, the Gyaasehene has invoked a curse on the land and they presented that with pictures before the court.
